How to Create an Individual Development Plan

As a result of participating in this event, attendees will be able to:
- Leave ready to draft your Individual Development Plan.
- Evaluate your current skill set using an IDP skills inventory and identify at least two areas for growth.
- Construct a timeline to revisit and revise your IDP every six months following the workshop.
