How to Create an Individual Development Plan

As a result of participating in this event, attendees will be able to:

  • Leave ready to draft your Individual Development Plan.
  • Evaluate your current skill set using an IDP skills inventory and identify at least two areas for growth.
  • Construct a timeline to revisit and revise your IDP every six months following the workshop.

Learn how to create and distribute surveys in Qualtrics. We’ll go through building questions, setting up logic, and viewing responses so you can launch professional-quality surveys.
