  • Identify and prioritize at least three core workplace values using a guided values-sorting activity during the session.
  • Analyze a workplace scenario to determine how conflicting values can influence professional decisions.
  • Articulate a values-based explanation for a career or workplace preference in a brief written or verbal reflection by the end of the session.

Navigating Intergenerational Workplaces

Today’s workforce spans multiple generations, each bringing unique perspectives, values, and communication styles. Navigating Intergenerational Workplaces helps participants understand and bridge these differences to strengthen collaboration and understanding across age groups. Through reflection and discussion, participants will learn to recognize generational influences, challenge assumptions, and build teams where teammates understand each other more and where every voice adds value.

GRAD 360° provides content as a service to Clemson University graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
