Shauna Chung

She is currently serving as a Graduate Teacher of Record in the English Department.

Educational/training background

Shauna Chung is a PhD candidate in the Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design program at Clemson. Her research operates at the intersection of composition theory, digital rhetoric, and digital religion, where she investigates how writing students can leverage digital technologies to speak across difference with more empathy. She teaches writing courses as a graduate teacher of record for the English Department and is committed to promoting digital literacy on and off campus.

Pinar Ozmizrak

Pinar Ozmizrak

She is currently in her Second year of her PhD in Healthcare Genetics.

Pinar Ozmizrak is a Healthcare Genetics PhD student and president of the Healthcare Genetics Society at Clemson University. Her previous education includes a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa and MSc in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University. Pinar travels between Canada and Turkey. Her research interests include multidisciplinary genetics education, newborn screening, and online pedagogy.
