She is currently serving as Associate Director for Educational Development in the Office of Teaching Effectiveness and Innovation.
Dr. Shannon Stefl is an Associate Director in the Office of Teaching Effectiveness and Innovation (OTEI). She specializes in graduate student and early-career faculty educational development. Dr. Stefl has been with OTEI since 2018 and has supported graduate student professional development at Clemson for six years. She earned a Ph.D. in Engineering and Science Education as well as a M.S. in Physics from Clemson University. Her research focuses on faculty well-being and inclusive practices within STEM.
