Dr. Chelsea Murdock

She is currently serving as Director of the Writing Lab in the Clemson University Libraries.

Educational/training background

Chelsea J. Murdock earned her Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric from the University of Kansas. Her research focuses on Indigenous rhetorics as well as transformative works and cultures. At the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Murdock was Assistant Director of the Communication Center in addition to her work as a Marion L. Brittain Postdoctoral fellow. She has taught a variety of classes on fan culture, Indigenous new media, technical/professional communication, and cultural rhetorics.
