Faculty and Staff Resources

Participation in professional development activities can offer your graduate students a myriad of benefits. Beyond acquiring specialized knowledge within their field of study, these experiences cultivate essential skills such as effective communication, project management, and leadership—skills that are invaluable for success in both academic and non-academic career paths.

Moreover, engaging in professional development enables our students to expand their networks, connect with peers and experts in their field, and stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements. These connections often lead to collaborations, mentorship opportunities, and even job placements, enhancing their prospects for future career success.

Grad 360° provides holistic, diverse professional development activities that empower our graduate students to excel in their chosen paths but also contribute to their overall academic and personal growth. Grad 360° is here to support you and your students. If you would like to speak to us about available programs, providing programs for your students or lab, or facilitating a professional development session, please email us at grad360@clemson.edu.
