Graduate students aren’t immune to the stressors everyone faces these days. Whether it’s COVID-19, a challenging economy, health issues, current events or something else that’s topping your list of stressors, it’s enough to drain the tank of an already hard-working graduate student. You’re not powerless against the drain, though. Check out this panel discussion (via Zoom) to learn how to keep moving forward when your tank is on "E" (empty). The focus will be on the challenges and experiences unique to graduate students, and the resources and strategies that can help.

Jennifer Goree is the Director of Healthy Campus, the coordinator of the interdisciplinary sustainability minor, and a Certified Koru Mindfulness Instructor at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. She has an M.Ed in Clinical Counseling and has worked in the health promotion field for 15 years. As the Director of Healthy Campus at Clemson University, she provides leadership for initiatives that create a culture and environment that fosters wellbeing, safety and sustainability and enables the campus community members to achieve, learn and serve.
