  • Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the "Run, Hide, Fight" model as a structured approach to responding to an active shooter situation.
  • Participants will practice identifying signs of potential threats.
  • Participants will gain skills that enhance situational awareness in order to quickly assess a situation, make informed decisions, and adapt responses based on the evolving nature of that situation.
